EVENT BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
THE QUARTERJACKS
INTRODUCTION
The Quarterjacks of Wimborne is the operating name for Dorset Youth Marching Band.
DEPOSIT
A deposit might be required on some bookings or invoice in advance, this will be detailed in this Booking Form.
CANCELLATIONS TERMS – BOOKING ORGANISATION
Because of the popularity of the Quarterjacks, we often have to turn down bookings especially when we have an agreed event booked at the same time. In some cases we have booked and paid for transportation to and from the event.
If you have to cancel your agreed booking please take into account our cancellation charges and the cancelation periods below and contact the Quarterjacks as soon as possible. It is the event organiser’s responsibility to contact the Quarterjacks as soon as possible if the event/booking is cancelled using contact details below.
Cancellation of booking within 24 hours of the event – Payment in full of the agreed fee will be due for payment
Cancellation of booking over 24 hours and within 2 month of the event – Agreed booking deposit will be lost
Cancellation of booking over 2 months from the event – No cancellation fees will be applied
CANCELLATIONS TERMS – QUARTERJACKS OF WIMBORNE
If in the unlikely event that the Quarterjacks have to cancel an event, any deposits and payment will be refunded to the organisation booking the band.
PAYMENT TERMS
Our standard payment terms are as follow:
Full payment is due on presentation of our invoice unless otherwise agreed.
It is the Event Organiser’s responsibility to contact the Quarterjacks if there are any issues or problems in making payments within the agreed terms where it might be possible, at our discretion, to make special arrangements. Contact details for the Quarterjacks are detailed below. Agreed Payment Terms detailed on Booking Form attached.
We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments and claim compensation for debt recovery action.
